Mary Amdur
Mary Amdur (died February 16, 1998) was an influential toxicologist and a public health researcher who worked primary on "air pollution, industrial health, lead exposure, and pulmonary effects of airway irritants". She was a professor at the Harvard School of Public Health beginning in 1949. ==Education== Amdur earned a chemistry degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1943 and a doctorate in biochemistry from Cornell University in 1946.
